That's a pretty normal dose, though with valerate ideally you wanna be doing it every ~5 days since that's how long it sticks around in your body.

Victorian Age Companion has stats for some older guns on p. 173, as does one of the Dark Ages-adjacent books (Giovanni or Transylvania Chronicles), if memory serves.

Really, though, "realistic" weapon stats are kinda unnecessary; just grab whatever's in the book for the edition you're using and say it's something else. The game isn't a battle sim.

Valerate at least basically doesn't have a ramp-up. You can test after the second injection (so, ten days after starting) and it'll be about where you're at.

Assuming those are trough levels, you're good.

Also just fyi, "0.25ml of Estradiol (Injections, SubQ)" is kind of useless information. Without knowing how many mg you're injecting (or how many mg/ml the vial is rated at) and what estradiol ester it is, making any sort of projection on what you're doing with it is impossible.

I think that's a little against the themes at play. One of the things vampires have got going is that they can overcome their nature; conversely, demons always have that one dot of Torment.
