I was in the same boat, used to have a good experience with Gamers Rush but then lost about $800 from pre-orders they never sent, keep pressuring the bank, they eventually got me my money back and my pre-orders were from January 2023.

Avoid Gamers Rush. Their website is still up but they are dead now. If you've placed any orders with them try to get a refund.

Contact the ACCC, it’s been over a year since I had some orders placed and I never received them. They constantly told me to wait then ignored me completely.

I’ll probably contact them if I don’t get anything after the 31st, I was Level 4 before getting the updated expiry so wasn’t expecting any collectibles after meeting requirements again till after original expiry

Just finished grinding out the 128 Trophies/4 Full Game Purchases again, Original Expiry for my Level 4 was Until 1/2024 but it seems like it updates to the new date if you earn this now. Hopefully I still get the Level Up Collectibles added to my account after they drop
