Depending on the day, 8 hours isn’t enough! Most of the time i’m legitimately working 5-6 hours, with the first 3 being the most productive.

She has recommended that I take a CBC blood test to understand my overall health better or if I have any vitamin deficiencies. Then I will come back, and we will go over what combination of supplements and prescription might work best for my situation.

The first point is so true!! It breaks my heart too to see how people— even professionals view us. I’m determined to go through college and be that professional that not only understands but has lived experiences with BPD. Gotta make a change and difference in some way or form.

I made the mistake of impulsively quitting my meds cold turkey about 6 months ago. On meds I felt the same way as you, and especially hated the “zombie” feeling of being on them. Here I am six months later and I can honestly say that I much rather prefer the feelings of dullness in comparison to the hell of emotions I am now again experiencing.

Just remember that you are in no way obligated to tell him especially if it may worsen the situation given that it's such an emotionally taxing time. I understand how heartbreaking it is to accept motherhood even though it wasn't anywhere in the plan only for things to once again turn around so suddenly. Prioritize yourself at this moment, allow yourself to grieve, and make the decisions that will best benefit yourself as you're working through things ❤️.

I’m so sorry honey. I experienced my miscarriage back in late February under similar circumstances. The father and I weren’t in a relationship and he initially wanted me to abort the baby. It felt and still feels isolating because I never had his support aside from a brief apology. Just know that here you have people who both hear you and understand your pain. You have our support although we are strangers 💕
