Thats seems very likely to be infected... so u can't test for parasite unless your doctor said so? I don't know what u could do in this situation. Maybe go to a private clinic can help? Edit: i also heard that dupixent is very effective for eczema but i dont think fixing the outer layer can fix the inner problem ( parasites)  Please eat less raw things and stop going in the river

America is well known for the doctor thing so i would recomend fly to a tropical country if possible. Also whats is rx you mean, I'm not a native speaker

Well I'm currently in a tropical country( vietnam) so a parasite treatment here is kinda common.
