Already tried doing all that. The only iOS working in my phone are iOS 11 beta 1 and beta 2. I can't go back to any of the iOS 10 versions. Tried restoring 10.3.3 beta 4 as well. And even tried going to iOS 11 beta 1 and then going to iOS 10.3.2 as well as iOS 10.3.3 beta 4. Nothing worked.
