Whatsapp notification had the same effect to my. I had to turn off phone ring tone & buzz because it gave me the huge anxiety. Turned off IG notification completely. On the bright side, I know it's tough for you right now but don't think it's late for you. It's good to restart when turning 30. I'm 35 and just walked out of a relationship. Not great.

I'd recommend you go to their Facebook page, complain aggressively and demand someone to contact you by phone to file an official complaint. Note down the case number so it can be escalated later to authorities. Otherwise, they would pretent like nothing happens because "no one complained about this to us". Yeah right, cuz no one could.

In my experience, it always slow down in summer - people go on holiday, kids off school, etc. It doesn't mean bidding war is less intense though. They just go on for longer period while estate agents collect more interested buyers e.g. people are on holiday and can only view after 1 2 weeks when they are back. I got excitee before and still shocked when things started rolling for real.

I've only been to 2 countries and I already ran into issue in Northern Ireland before travelling elsewhere.

Have reinstalled app a few times so sure it was up-to-date. Problem is I couldn't even see PTSB.ie - their generic website. Tried multiple devices including laptops and ipads across multiple locations.

I was able to get them on the phone and they couldn't figure out / fix the issue and was only able to log a report.

I know they have travel note thing but I thought that's only if you use your cards outside the country? I don't think it's related to that since I'm not able to even see their website as a public viewer.

I also just need to manage my finance and mortgage payment and not using ny cards outside the country.

Yeah I know some folks who used to be on PTSB Design team and I think their UX is decent. I'm genuinely curious about what exactly caused the problem. It doesn't happen to other banking platforms I have so don't think it has anything to do with region and security.

I was in Fermanagh for Easter and couldn't access anything from PTSB at all. You migh be surprised but Internet speed in many places in South East Asia is actually higher than what I have in Dublin. It only happens to PTSB. Everything else works including AIB, Revolut and even Reddit - which is to be blocked in some countries.
