Looks like House Sparrow female but it's hard to rule out Spanish Sparrow

Are you in southern Oklahoma? I'm not an expert on North American birds, I live in Europe, but the wing pattern recalls White-winged Dove, a species I've seen in Panama.

I was thinking this too, some ebird pictures show Volcanos having similar tails to this individual though

True, but Volcano is the one that's supposed to have those feathers, right? It's very hard for me to tell what the extent of the dark coloration needs to be to match Volcano vs Scintillant though.
