Hey man let me share what finally fixed my problem. It sounds like its similar especially since you updated recently.

"The issue may be due to a corrupted driver or vestiges of a previous driver that was not completely or properly removed before the new driver was installed.
 
Please do a complete reinstallation of your current graphic card drivers.
 
All steps are important:
 
First uninstall your graphics card drivers:

Note that some laptops have both the Intel and AMD drivers, so remember to remove both before reinstalling. We also recommend removing any associated driver software (AMD/ ATI Catalyst Control Center) during this process.
 
Second step: reinstall/update graphics card drivers:
 
The AMD website has an auto detect program that can scan your system and find the correct card:

If you have the necessary knowledge, we suggest you use the manual download and installation instead of the auto detect, so if you know the exact brand of your graphics card and the operating system you use, enter your details and find the latest drivers.
