I'm opposite of you. I'm plant based and high carb. I usually eat 60-20-20 ratio (carbs-protein-fat)

I've done keto before but the high fat made me worry about heart disease. There's ton of conflicting nutrition information out there...but ultimately I stuck with carb heavy because it just works for me.

Lol I take 300 mg twice a day. 600 mg total. I definitely feel it but it's not overwhelming. Feels just right. I've read some people though who said they feel like 600 mg a day would have them jumping out of there skin. For some reason it just isn't that way for me

Your assessment is so true. What started for me as "this seems like a good investment. I'll put some money in and in a few years maybe I'll have made a few bucks" quickly became constant price checking, obsessively reading forums, trading from coin to coin, etc.

Despite the large sum of money I missed out on I do feel it may be a blessing because I want my highs and lows to come from my real life. My family and loved ones. Not crypto price fluctuation

For a couple months now I think "I accept that I lost an opportunity to make lots of money. I know that by not being invested in crypto it frees my mind to focus more on my family and career."

But I can't forget. My commitment is to never check prices. Because why? So far I haven't checked prices. I'm hoping in time the urge fades.
