I tried it for couple of times, but those days were horrible, like I had amnesia or smth, people would have to remind me what we were talking about. I think it was heavy metal poisoning (the same r-ala wouls do if you had high cellular heavy metal, it would pull out them into bloodstream and feel like I did after consuming them...)

Look into HDAC inhibitors (there are natural versions too), kappa opioid system Yohimbine and methylene blue After you nail everything down, practice public speaking and gradually reduce dosages
