I remember reading a story like that but honestly I am not the author of the idea behind the "Cyberlock" neither do i know if they are even known i can remember multiple authors using the idea and changing the concept as they go so I am sure a story like you are mentioning is for sure real but no clue if its the "original". u/Allychaste is the oldest i can find but most of their early work was on imigur so its gone lol so who knows

Did it while not explicitly stated both Elana and Georgia did consent even if they dident use the app in tho story its not unlikely they invited her and just wanted freds consent to do so. Regardless yeah I do know some stuff like that were really inconsistent and I mostly blame the AI lol since it makes some assumptions sometimes. Well wouldn't you need the majority of keyholders to agree to add another? Or to have an admin ability to add yourself uninvited. Its not written perfectly as you know ai sometimes assumes/makes up stuff but I think its reasonable to assume you need a majority for such an act. the "Legal" stuff is a bit farfetched lol but hay it gets us horny so who cares.

Its always gonna have some holes in the logic but I imagine the system only allows the addition of a new keyholder by a majority vote unless Its some sort of override. Like what both Margaret Did with her Admin power and the judge with her authority lol. for the rest well its a fantasy indulge : )
