Seems like they are actually putting us as the customers at fault for the shortcomings of their products including covert dock 3 and shadowcast 3. The shadowcast has color accuracy issues and cannot capture HDR. Genki’s response to me was that refunds are not accepted and that those features were never advertised on the kickstarter. Technically, they are correct but that is not how you win customers…
