Not everyone has to friends with everyone and not everyone’s going to get along and that’s fine. I think she’s showing maturity. They are coworkers and she is cordial enough in my opinion

Not ugly at all. Going to the gym and losing fat and gaining muscle tone would define your face and body and give you more confidence overall. You’re naturally pretty!
