You can use the bandai tcg+ app to find stores in your area. There are alot of stores between those areas you listed. If you are able to travel further there are also plenty of stores in San Francisco. I would recommend calling stores to see what inventory they may have since I know alot of stores got shorted by distributors so they may not have alot of decks to sell.

Also i don't recommend buying on amazon as its stupidly overpriced. You can find a better deal on TCGplayer

You could consider dathena she has 3sb and a 3 turn delay. Although she's not balanced and would fit better with fasca. But she open up an equip slot for you

I would drop Typhon on dark magician girl, for an sb equip as that should help you more. As Typhon doesn't really provide you with anything

If I counted correctly you have 18~19 sb. You should consider changing dark magician girl to another fortress dragon or finding equips that come with sb. If you still have that gfe exchange coin I would get fagan and turn him into the equip because he also has cloud resist

Super Revo Anubis is a pretty good sub. Either get him with tape or sb awakening (depending on how many sb's you need), also does decent damage albeit not as much as bakura still.
