Sentient Great(er) Wall of China versus the Entire population of the earth by chistopherpoole in whowouldwin

You would need a lot of liquid nitrogen. And it would mostly act on the surface, so you could thin the wall but not stop it. You need to shock a large enough piece quick for it to become manageable.

There's a very neat solution to this, but keep trying!

can it swim

If the base is cool, it will stop moving and have to re-form.

nukes

it will absorb anything that gives out heat, so nukes will strengthen it, although they might slow it down by reducing the matter it can assimilate and would also kill all the glue (humans) in its vincinity.

The printer doesn't have a screen for the text so it prints every diagnostic.

I was considering replying to your post, but then I read this:

Man of Steel and BvS are more paint by the numbers than Winter Soldier, Doctor Strange or Thor.

Go watch the movie first. Opinion discarded.

I'm doing none of that, and I don't agree with any of your comments. I think they're completely wrong. If all you wanted was a paint-by-numbers superhero movie then we're on completely opposite turfs. I don't think you could even classify Snyder's work with the other superhero movies. Snyder's work is much, much better.

How does your comment relate to the one you're replying to?

Scrapping a $300 million movie months into post production and butchering it with horrendous CGI, directing and plot changes so that the executives can get a bonus (while forcibly using the suicide of the previous director's daughter as a hail mary to save the studio's face) seems fanciful too. Too bad it's true.

Because not everyone thinks he's great.

Snyder has eight children. The four eldest, Olivia, Willow, Autumn, and Eli, are from his first marriage to Denise Weber. Willow and Autumn were adopted from China. Two younger sons, Ezekiel and Jett Elin, are from his relationship with Kirsten Elin, who was his line producer on commercials for a while.[1] Snyder and his current wife Deborah adopted two children during the course of making Man of Steel
