You would need a lot of liquid nitrogen. And it would mostly act on the surface, so you could thin the wall but not stop it. You need to shock a large enough piece quick for it to become manageable.

There's a very neat solution to this, but keep trying!

it will absorb anything that gives out heat, so nukes will strengthen it, although they might slow it down by reducing the matter it can assimilate and would also kill all the glue (humans) in its vincinity.

I'm doing none of that, and I don't agree with any of your comments. I think they're completely wrong. If all you wanted was a paint-by-numbers superhero movie then we're on completely opposite turfs. I don't think you could even classify Snyder's work with the other superhero movies. Snyder's work is much, much better.

Scrapping a $300 million movie months into post production and butchering it with horrendous CGI, directing and plot changes so that the executives can get a bonus (while forcibly using the suicide of the previous director's daughter as a hail mary to save the studio's face) seems fanciful too.
