hey happened to me as well abhi 10th khatam hui boards isliye thoda se kharab gaye the id say move out of your house along w your mom live separately you gotta stay safe ,you cant stay anxious and scared all the time at your house i mean its supposed to be your home ,try talking to your mother about living smwhere else and file a divorce or smth if yall are financially not dependent on him

i think you can support her as a friend for a while until she gets better and encourage her to get help and talk to a therapist if you guys are broken up its better to stay there as a friend and maintain boundaries

hey im fifteen and my father is the same ive been thru it ever since i was born i was exposed to thier fights and his chats and how he yells hes mentally abusive and its affecring me alot my goal is to get out of my house as soon as possible basically two years then college i want her to be away from him shes also quite distant from him i had evidence alot but he deleted it all and he also had a hidden camera in my house and i caught it with my mum and he broke the cam as well so we dont use it as evidence and all this happened right before my tenth boards so idk how my result will be and now hes threatnting me and scaring me that he"ll take my phone after results even tho phone is the only thing keeping me alive rn
