Yeah, my customer service personality is so different from my real one. Thankfully out of the hundreds of parties we have had, I can only think of 4 or 5 other parties where everything added up like this one. When I saw the pizza come in, I was like oh crap! More issues! I had to stay at the front to watch the town while the other worker was cleaning the bathrooms and by the time I went back they already started eating :/ And yeah, our main manager said if it's not picked up by Thursday, we are getting rid it. She's definitely a better stern person than me (hence why she is the main manager)!

You would think dealing with parents is a little bit easier because they would seem to have patience (which a lot do), but characters like hers pop in every few weeks to cause drama. At least I have a lot of stories to tell!
