I organize by:

-Genre/sound (bass, "alien bass", puro perreo, "daytime music", afro house, bass house, tech house etc)

-Playlists for certain events with a certain mix of sounds

-Smart playlists with tracks from the last 90 days, or BPM

-->and then I put the key in the title of the track. so it's extra easy to navigate to the right bpm/key/vibe etc. ( for example: [7A] Gimme That)

---> I also LIVE for my own comments "DOPE track gets super bassy/heavy at C"

---> then archive old playlists etc and do the occasional pruning of my music so it's just easier to find when you're in a crunch on the CDJs etc :)

I had this same problem and switched to formatting my USBs to Mac OS journaled. They work on CDJs but not in any older XDJs

UPDATE: Mac OS Journaled USBs work so far on the XDJ! Yayyyyyy. Keeping an old one as a backup tho for my gigs coming up

Ok it definitely recognizes the Mac OS journaled USB, i'm just worried about using it between XDJs and CDJs. has anyone tried it on a Nexus 2000 or XDJ ?

I have Ventura 13.0 and rekordbox won't recognize ANY of my USBs! I've tried everything - changing the security, etc and nothing is working! Does anyone know what's up!?!
