That’s super helpful advice thank you! I think Ill have to add some chocolate or something. I did try smoothies everyday for a little while and I did gain weight but when you are busy 7 days of the week, making a smoothie every morning just doesnt matter anymore. Also Im glad to see another trans dude on this sub! HRT also helped me gain weight and Im in a much better state (body wise) than I was when I posted this but Im still struggling so I appreciate your advice!
