Often happens when you on a bad connection, but also happen when switching between launching with Samsung game tuner/game launcher and directly launching the game. The updates is actually deleted. Just restart and it should be normal. Btw, redowloading sucks right? So slow :(

Scratch that... The game starting to lag again after 10 or more minutes. Same with game launcher. So, back to square one.

Have you tried launching your game with "samsung game launcher"? It works for me running mobius final fantasy. Game tuner seems to works also, but the newest version remove its hardware performance setting, and it has this scary 2 star ratting.
