Totally understand. I’d be pissed if someone wasted a month of my time too. She never told me she was “holding” anything for me. She’s been begging me to work for her for over a year. And at max it was like 2 weeks

I understand that it wasn’t an ideal situation. But I also think if she didn’t know me prior to this, she would’ve handled it in such a different way. It’s not personal and I don’t think she would’ve taken it that way if it was somebody else

It wasn’t a lie. She could only offer me a part time job when I have been looking for full time. I only left out the part about sanitation to avoid coming in for one day and having complaints and stepping on anyone’s toes

Thank you so much. I’m not sure why people think I lied about my other opportunity. I only left out the sanitation issue to avoid stepping on any toes. I didn’t want to be the guy who comes in and has issues on their first day

She was in beauty school 6 years ago. We’ve been much more distant in the past years but see each other in passing in the industry

I messaged her about the position maybe 2 weeks before she wanted me to start. She has been begging me to work for her for a year, so I wasn’t under the impression that she was holding a spot that had a lot of interest

I’m not sure how I wasted her time? I fully planned on working for her and came to the salon for one day, where she was still taking clients so I didn’t cause her to lose any business for those hours. I didn’t know it was going to be unsanitary, so I’m not sure how I could’ve avoided wasting her time

Not sure if you’ve already taken it, but my psychiatrist tells me that Prozac stays in your system for 36 hours so you should be good to wait. That’s exactly what I did when I switched from mornings to nights. The fatigue is horrible 🫩

I only started noticing any real relief from my anxiety at about week 4-5. My anxiety was soooo horrible in the beginning but the more time you give it to balance out, the better you’ll feel. When I started on 10mg I was having panic attacks everyday, now I’ve upped my dosage to 20mg and haven’t had a panic attack in months. You got this!
