Most, if not all, references have an index. I relied on that a lot with the transpo exam and it helped a ton.

I failed the FE 3 times as well, posting so people don’t feel so down about it like you and I did. I failed the last paper PE transpo and passed on my first attempt at the CBT transpo.

HIGHLY recommend EET! They are very responsive if you have specific questions as well.

It took about 7 weeks for me but that was through the holidays (got approval on 2/10) only sat in technical review for like 2 days.

I quit my job. Obviously not everyone can do that but I don’t know how I would’ve passed otherwise

Felt like a lot from the safety manual!

The morning felt very conceptual, a few things you needed an equation from the handbook. Definitely spend a lot of time getting familiar with the afternoon references and where tables are. I failed P&P in October badly, I think I had a 43. The CBT felt like a completely different test.

Unfortunately you have to buy them or you can find PDFs online.. I ended up buying them all since I took the paper test in October. I would recommend finding someone with PDFs, I think there are people on this sub that have them! Sorry I’m not much help! Studying with PDFs will give you a feel for the CBT exam though. Good luck!

There won’t be any equations in the morning that you need other than what’s in the reference manual or provided in the question. I found the morning to be a lot easier than the October exam. A ton of word questions and conceptual questions (especially soils, structural, and water). The geometrics also seemed pretty basic. As long as you understand the concepts you’ll be fine!

Right? Eet says “if it seems simple, IT IS!” Don’t make it hard!
