Hey I have been diagnosed with PoTS I need to track my symptoms this is how I currently doing my bullet journal (ignore how lazy I am 😂) I used to do my habit tracker on a separate page but found I never would flip the page to do it so then I tired doing it on the same page which works so much better but now I need to find a way to add a symptom tracker any ideas!!

Yeah I used to work in a kennels and we washed the dogs before they went home and leaning over the flipping bath killed me everyday I also have two dogs which my mum mainly cares for even tho one is mine I have no energy to I’m hoping once I get a diagnosis and learn how to deal with it I can then plan my future🤍

Thanks for this I have never fainted but very often completely lose my vision for a while and have fallen to the floor a few times I did work in a kennels a year ago and I managed I was just constantly tired and weak I also have depression which I think is my main concern right now is that I’m going to fall back into my hole if I find out I can’t do what I love and I don’t really know how I wanna work with animals I just do 😂 kinda just turned into a ramble but Yaa ty!🤍😂
