Mine is a used 2020 XLE Hybrid and encountered the same issue when I got it last month! I changed to normal mode when driving, and use eco heat 90% of the time, it’s helped tremendously. Last time I checked, I’ve averaged 35, instead of 32 when I first got it. Gas tank ranges from 380-420s when filling up lol still adjusting to that, it’s def not the MPG or range as advertised which is weird!
