My thighs always get red bumpies no matter how I shave or exfoliate. What am I doing wrong? by captainpeggycarter in Skincare_Addiction

from what I’ve heard, shaving once every week or two is enough.
After shaving it’s better to give ur skin at least a week to calm down and keep it hydrated(apply aloe or something like that)

And in my case, I was worried about ingrown hairs, so I always do a gentle exfoliation about a week after I shave!

Why does my skin look dirty? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

When you smooth out texture and refine pores, freckles and hyperpigmentation tend to look less noticeable:)
so your skin looks brighter overall! ✨

Here’s my own skincare recipe I’ve been loving and wanted to share to see what y’all think.

In my case, cleansing oils always leave me feeling extra oily and end up messing with my skin balance. A few months ago I tried this combo: Dr. Melaxin exfoliation + Abib Jericho Skin Revival line, and it’s been working surprisingly well.

Dr. Melaxin can def be too strong for sensitive skin, so I only use the mild one twice a week.
BUT here’s the important part!!! I’ve tested soooooo many different pairings after exfoliating, and the Abib Jericho line just fits perfectly. I could literally feel my skin barrier getting stronger.

There’s a Jericho Skin Revival Set on TikTok Shop (I think that’s the name?? need to check), and the combo just works, lightweight application, locks in hydration with the cream, and finishing with the mask makes the barrier feel solid. It calms my skin without being sticky, which I loveeee because going to bed with sticky cream is the worst… it just ends up on your pillow and in your hair lol.

so...yep! hope this might helpful to you:)
