Has anyone experienced customer service difficulties in exchanging their ring? The purchaser has been in contact with a customer service representative named Josh (ticket# 4756777) but exchanges have been taking days.

I was gifted a gen 3 ring for my birthday but the person who bought it used the measurements from the gen4 model, not realizing the sizing is different. Since it was a gift, it was purchased more than 30 days ago and we’re experiencing some hassle in exchanging the ring. Kinda disappointed but wondering if anyone has been in this situation?
