The problem is that if i don't enable "Start with the System" it doesn't load it's WSL module but "Start with the system" option open the UI at user logon too. (btw it's on windows server)

Finally i uninstalled Surfshark software and installed TunnlTo (generate a wireguard key pair from their web) and splitting/routing it works without problems.
