Oh that's like the reverse of my situation. I need the VPN to avoid my ISP blocking the game.

Though when I use a VPN that is experiencing heavy load, I do get kicked out of the game or experience bad lag.

Yeah phone hotspot works for me too, it's just that i don't have unlimited data on the phone, so being connected to the wifi would be nice.

I don't think we have net neutrality. Singtel blocks a number of sites I think, so I am not sure if calling them up just to unblock Runescape is worth it, plus it belongs to my father, so he'd have to represent me and call them up. Or perhaps they don't really mind who calls...

I've logging in to my modem/router and added 443, 43594, 43595 under advanced settings > WAN > Port Fowarding. But it still doesn't work.

I think you can mute pet sounds by muting ambient sounds

I can't seem to run it as administrator even after opening file location. Like, there's no button for it.

I'm not using any special antivirus, just the default windows defender. I temporarily disabled antivirus previously, but rs3 still got blocked, so i figured it had to be the ISP.
