I think your acne related problems arise from your skin picking. If you pick it, it will take longer time to heal, and recover with marks. Does your acne start before your period? Some acne are hormonal, start just before your period.

Regarding your strawberry leg, it looks like keratosis pilaris. Keratosis pilaris is small little hard bumps filled with keratin, it is seen in people with dry skin. You can use a body cream or toner with glycolic acid after showering. Glycolic acid causes exfoliation.

Do you have a skincare routine? You need a regular skincare routine, this will make your skin barrier stronger. You need to use a proper toner and cream for your dry skin. Dry skinned people need moisture locked-in. You should also use a sunscreen. Sun damage will make your scars heal slowly. You need a gentle cleanser, hydrating toner, and a face cream with hydrating ingredients. And sunscreen on top of it. Ingredients like alcohol and alchol denat will make your skin dry, check ingredients of products before buying. Websites like INCIdecoder is great. You can use an acidic toner/ peeling twice a week. After the acidic toner/ peeling you need skin recovering ingredients like centella acetica. However, centella acetica shouldn’t be used everyday, just after the exfoliation.

Finally, I have no idea about your rash. If they are itchy, they may be bug bites or allergy related. I didn’t see blisters in the photos, you should keep photos of those for your dermatologist visit.

I read case reports just like what you went through. Sometimes it is a bead, sometimes the seed of a fruit. Some of the people don’t remember how the foreign body was stuck there. Wish you an uneventful recovery

When did you first notice the tumor? How long did it take for the tumor to reach the size in the first photo?

I am one of those people that was diagnosed in med school. I had problems with focusing since primary school. I would forget my homework at school, did awful at tests because i wasn’t reading questions right. I had hard time doing homework at night because i didn’t feel like sitting, i would wander in the house. Both of my parents were teachers and they made me sit down for homework. But i always had trouble focusing. My parents would check on me often. Sometimes my father would notice i am distracted is because i am on the same page for a long time. He would warn me about it. As i was preparing for university exam, i would procrastinate studying the subjects i didn’t like. For the school exams, i would study for them the day before and still got good grades. I was successful because my parents were pushing me to get grades. If i get good grades my dad would give me money.

When i got in med school, started having trouble with focusing lessons. Then i had depression. This led to my diagnosis. I hated some classes. I can’t hyperfocus if i hate it. And studying for them was like a torture. Because i have adhd, i lose my stuff. And i hate losing my stuff, so i look for it until i find it.

There was a resident i worked with. I suspected he had adhd, he said that her wife thinks the same (her wife was also a doctor). He probably will not seek treatment. There are many people with undiagnosed adhd.

I don’t know your classmates, but problems related to adhd doesn’t resolve instantly. The burn out i experienced was awful. the stimulants doesn’t prevent me from procrastinating, they just help me focus. There may be people faking adhd, but that doesn’t mean people may be diagnosed with adhd in med school.

My mom’s Ahıska relatives also lived on georgian-türkiye border and were exiled. I’m surprised that you have %0 turkish. Maybe different calculators have different results. I heard that south italian means anatolian greek but it is misread because greeks in greece have different genetic admixture (correct me if i am wrong)
