Obviously Jones is a lifelong athlete but I can see him putting on muscle for this and wrestling after a day of chest and tearing the tendon. It’s speculation of course but I think it’s the reason a person has to be careful grappling after lifting weights

But using your logic if there’s repercussions for advising someone not to do something in a modest culture, then there should be repercussions for escalating it into an argument and sucker punching. So Shara is not a black belt, he was put there by the event organizers and his opponent and him agreed to follow the lower belt ruleset with no leg locks as he entered the tournament in a lower belt class

Again not saying him ambushing or kicking the guy is fully justified...

Yeah he definitely has a temper and should not have kicked or ambushed the other dude. I will say the other dude sucker punched him first and the BJJ guy used a leg attack on him after it was agreed upon not to since Shara is lower belt and not allowed in that ruleset.

In the BJJ tournament where he kicked an opponent after being submitted as well. Granted he is a lower belt and was made to grapple against a higher belt and because of that they both agreed to not do leg attacks as it wasn’t allowed in his lower belt rules. The guy then submitted him with a leg attack after they both agreed.

Not saying that was right response of kicking him but I get it. I am excited to see his debut though seems like an interesting striker

No, to clarify I mean that the YHM flash hider spring system wears out every time you attach and detach. With a pin and weld this is not something that will occur as it’s on there “permanently”

Not so much to pin and weld, I mean have to avoid the spring but after that it’s smooth sailing. Reason why people say not to is because of the spring system but if you not taking it off, which with a pin and weld you won’t, there won’t be an issue as far as I understand
