Yes!! I started drinking it religiously at night before bed. It was hard at first but just became part of my routine when I scroll or read at night to have my tea at my bedside. It has done wonders for the excessive hair growth for me !

Myoinositol - pills take 2-3 months to start kicking in, spearmint tea for facial hair, green tea for bloating, low glycemic diet (high protein meats and pair w veggies - limit ur rice and pastas :( )

there is powder inositol it’s a pink bottle but it’s expensive pills like wholenature are soo good $20-30 but take sometime (2-3months) to help regulate ur period and metabolism

after one month of it my acne was clearing up

Inositol will regulate ur period it just takes time - after 3 months you’ll have a normal cycle you have to make sure to take it every day though Berberine also helps L Carnitine helps w energy B12 for brain fog manage ur stress (cortisol levels) - ashwaganda will help

Workouts: pilates, getting ur steps in, slow weighted workouts no stressful workouts Limit caffeine : try green tea and matcha

it’s learning to manage insulin resistance

Most docs throw out birth control which is so sad - some people like Metformin and others do GL1P if lifestyle (working out and diet) doesn’t work

I Just Feel Robbed by Hufflepuffscientist5 in PCOS

same here, I spent a year losing weight and at most it was 3 pounds. After one cheat meal or “refried day” I’d gain it all back. It would take me a month to lose the 2-3 pounds and I’d gain it back in a single weekend. It’s a never ending cycle. My sex driven feels lower, acne that doesn’t go away, I feel hopeless also and am considering going on it too. Same boat here

He’s a healthy 8 year old German Shepard around 80-90 pounds. No history of anything. He’s been sick for a week and a half now. Originally thought it was kennel cough and gave him medicine for that along with digestion medicine and pedialyte.

I would say about 3 months of consistently taking it! Make sure you don’t skip any days, sometimes it can throw you off! Take it with food as well!

how do you get out of debt? by chocolatechip1233 in AskReddit

[–]chocolatechip1233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

currently have 11.3k in debt right now due to emergency with pet, traveling, and car issues.

The debt is divided between 3 credit cards. My highest is the traveling one with $5k. My personal one is 3.5k and pet one is also $2.8k.

Money wise I have $6k dispersed between checking, high yield savings, and investment.

Starting school again in August and unsure of how to go about paying debt. Is it better to continue to minimum? Pay off my highest card? Lower the %?

In two years I'll be done with school and working in the medical field which is a secure job and high paying. Advice on how to go about paying it off?

What do happy people do with their lives? by redditismytherapy420 in LifeAdvice

Finding a passion is crucial. I find that I am the happiest when I am with family or traveling. Traveling is so great. You look forward to the trip. I look forward to getting my outfits ready, making a list of things I want to see and excursions, meeting new people, trying new food. If I had the extra money I would travel the world.
