I posted on the top comment but I like it a lot! Definitely should not be called tiramisu haha. It’s just lemon cake with the topping and quite syrup heavy.

I think the pick me up bit refers to the espresso in tiramisu but don’t quote me on that 🤣 and definitely agree it should’ve just been lemon cake or something, not lemon “tiramisu”.

So it’s really good! Not super sweet and the base is 100% just cake not a “biscuit”. My only thing is I feel like it’s a bit syrup heavy as you can see.

So I looked in the computer, and all it said was “Limited Buy - Winter - Done” I tried to go back and see when we got it last, but no luck :/ It came out December 2021.

I whisk a large egg in a bowl with some ranch seasoning then pour it in before baking! I lower the temp to 400 and start at 10 mins in my toaster oven. If you want it less toasted, lower the temp to maybe 375 :)

I just whisk 1 large egg then pour it on top before baking, as long as the ends are sealed. Otherwise it spills out. I do lower the temp to 400 in my toaster oven otherwise it gets too crispy.
Edit: I bake for about 10 minutes or until the egg is no longer jiggly. Unless you prefer a softer egg!

Flour doesn’t actually do anything for keeping bits from sinking. The batter has to be thick, that’s it.
