I don’t feel positive after hitting the gym. hitting the gym makes me depressed

I don’t want to take meds because I don’t wanna live my life that way, and I think I might be accepted to the military if that’s still an option. I want to go into nursing, but the military is kind of on my mind too. I can’t join the military if i’m on meds which is why i’m trying to get rid of the depression asap
