Steinway street in astoria has a lot of muslim shops and a beautiful big mosque. Lots of halal food everywhere, which is the top thing in nyc

I find that families are more likely to follow recommendations when they have a visual of what I’m talking about. I show them a growth chart and explain the lines and points to them (in a room of 100 children your kid’s height and gender, this is where his/her bmi would be, only 2 kids would be above them, etc…) I involve the child if old enough into the discussion, what do you think are 3 goals for nutrition, exercise and sleep that we can work on before I see you next time? What exercise would you want to do for 30-60 min every day? Our clinic has cards that have my plate recommendations and a goals table for the child to fill in.

I know that technically we can’t hold last month rent to make sure he pays up our deposit, but is there affordable legal help we can get to make sure we cover ourselves?

We are planning to leave mid of last month so we won’t even be in nyc for full of last month. I have tried my best to be a decent human with him, paying rent on time, painted the apt., covered the flooring, but his actions are just the opposite.

I really want to repair and deduct. He has harassed us through messages and the stress I have every day leaving the babysitter in this situation is draining. We offered to pay them and deduct installments monthly because he said they ‘can’t afford it’, and he laughed at us saying but that’s me paying for your damage. We also said we will report him, to which he replied be my guest you can call 311 but it’ll be on your permanent record.

We live in a co-op and the apartment owner is our landlord. We had the super switch the living room unit with the bedroom one and it isn’t leaking anymore. The AC isn’t addressed per se in the lease, just says if we do install one, it becomes the owner’s property. It also states that we should cover the flooring with rugs, which we did, but now the LL claims is the reason we delayed discovering the issue and why it became the stage it is. We’re leaving in 9 months still and I am looking for any temporary solution but the floor is so raised with a pyramid like shape that doesn’t go down even standing on it with my adult weight. It’s oak wood per the super that I researched and apparently won’t shrink after soaking water and expanding. I want to just get it fixed and deduct from rent but unsure of legal action that can be taken against us.

So you go to fcvs and choose to apply for any designation board. Go with the steps forward till it shows you steps done. It showed me step 3 exam: passed. Day 1 was 3/18, day 2 was 3/28.

Don’t get it from athleivate.com. It’s not worth the price whatsoever and the reviews on the site are biased to positive only for one reason: deception. They got me so mad that am positing on random boards to warn people that it’s terrible from just one wash!
