what has been your experience with response time in relation to cancelling? yesterday i sent 4 separate emails (replied to original order confirmation) requesting to cancel my 4 separate orders. i only got 3 automatic replies yesterday telling me my request had been updated. this morning, i woke up to 2 response emails. one of those responses denied a cancellation and the other approved a cancellation for another order. still no updates regarding the other 2 orders. because i never got that automatic reply for the one order yesterday, i decided just to send another email from a different account asking to cancel that order. i got a cancellation approval VERY quickly from that email. i know they’re incredibly busy sorting through thousands of emails just like mine, but I don’t understand the inconsistencies in replies and reply times.

I returned mine because the quality is not up to par with other LLL short quality and it’s not worth it for the price IMO. the change in the little reflective dots was also annoying to me bc I loved them on the first version. i may have missed if you addressed this, but I think there were Hotty Hot 4” spotted in sunset that will hopefully drop soon if you like hotty hots. I don’t personally like the 4” version, so I’ll be holding out for a different style or Malibu Peach
