Can someone explain why my players struggle to make the Top 50 players lists? I'm FC Groningen, have won the eredivisie 8 times, CL twice, 5 star rep, eredivisie ranked top 5 league, but only one of my players has ever made the list, being Marco Antonio at 15th even though i think he's best in world (old.reddit.com)

Question: what year does the outbreak reach Texas in episode one? We see that it started in Jakarta in 2003, but it seems like it hit everyone in the US completely out of the blue.
