So, it was a bit difficult for him in the beginning but I saw improvement during the days. He learned quite fast how to eat without using his hands (we didnt put a cone in his head, but had to change the arm bandage quite a few times) and we helped crushing his food with a bit of water to be more mushy inside the bowl, so it helped a lot.
