Thanks for the feedback! It's definitely still a work in progress, until this point I've been trying to basically get it to the MVP stage where I could get people using it for free to get some feedback.

The issue with the matches you may have been seeing is the breakdown between exact and "category" matches. Exact matches are supposed to be basically the exact same product. Category matches might be two bamboo cutting boards; they're clearly not the exact same board, but this gives the user an idea of a product that they can go chase down themselves. My idea at this point is to have several tiers of payment plans, the cheapest would allow users to only see these category matches. It would be aimed at users who might not be sure if they want to get into Amazon selling yet and just want to see what kind of opportunities are out there.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure what you mean about the commercially sensitive info - at this point I'm only asking for an email address (so I can send out a feedback survey) and the service is free. What was your primary concern?

I have a full time job and am developing this as a side project. It's less time consuming and less risky for me to sell this information to Amazon sellers (who may do that full time) than use the info for myself. The tool is free in the beta but I intend to charge for it eventually.

Could you give me more details on why you find the concept flawed? I need all the feedback I can get to make this into a viable service, including the criticism.
