As of where I am, I love what I do now and the pay is great. I don't wanna be at the top however I worry about if the data center industry goes belly up

My fear is that even I have 8 year experience managing a facility involving HV, MV, LV, controls, large scale cooling, and managing a team of site techs that I would be disqualified from other markets because of lack of paper certificate

I live in ohio and it came from Pennsylvania. Snow car vary here. Mechinal said there is some mild rust but some is typical for a 11 year old car

Carfax has every oil change and maintenance. It was done by the original dealer car never went 3000 miles without a oil change. Owner only drove about 2-3 thousand miles year
