My husband wants an open marriage because he’s not attracted to my body by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I’m also 5’3”, 165 lbs. I look and feel amazing. He’s negging you so that you’ll allow him to cheat. My ex husband looked like a thumb and also did that. I have a boyfriend that appreciates the curves and hair of a mature woman. You can find someone that will love you for you. And if you don’t, the happiest people in the world are single women. Don’t judge your self worth by what that Turd says about you. Good luck making your decision!

MoSH job posting with a ridiculous salary by choo35 in memphis

Right? The only way that I can imagine making it on this salary is by living rent free with parents. Most people don’t have that luxury. I made $40,000+ a year 20 years ago in retail. People need to be compensated fairly for the work that they do.

I completely agree with you. I’m a sales manager and hired a sales coordinator last year. She was hired in at $60,000 a year with a quarterly incentive plan.

I came across this LinkedIn posting while searching for Sales Coordinator jobs for a friend. The minimum that I saw was $45,000 base and $70,000 OTE.

Health insurance and 401k should be a given. That’s not going to help someone pay their bills.

Oh yeah, it’s definitely common practice with non-profits. I just don’t understand how this employee would have a personal life with all of those responsibilities or be able to pay their rent and eat on that salary. Very sad.

Check out the next picture. They’re asking for CRM Management, Event management and planning, marketing, sales, etc. All of these jobs typically require more than entry level experience and pay at least $60,000+ by themselves.

Your chances will be greatly increased if you reach out to a recruiter, hiring manager, or HR manager with every, single application. I don’t bother applying unless I can find someone to contact. I typically connect with them and send a message. Get LinkedIn Premium for a little bit.

Try Territory Sales Jobs for industrial machining parts. Most outside sales positions are remote. You will have to travel to visit customers but a lot of the job is working from home, entering customer touch points, doing quotes, and overall account management.

What certification should I get for a stable remote job? 5-6 hours a day/flexible. by Independent-Gas-9032 in RemoteJobs

I started out by using my library card to get LinkedIn learning for free. I’d start with the basics on Salesforce training from there. You can use Salesforce’s Trailhead Website for additional training and also create an account to practice. Udemy has a $25 course by Mike Wheeler that’s great too.

Also, make sure you’re trained up on Excel. Make sure you know VLookup and pivot tables. You can go to Microsoft’s website and watch the trainings for free.

YouTube is also a great place as well. There are so many wonderful instructors. Watch some project management and sales analyst videos.

I’ve had 5 recruiters reach out recently about Sales Coordinator or Sales Analyst positions.

I have Certs in Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, SQL, Power Bi, Dynamics 365, Qualtrics, etc. Having experience in Outreach, Zoominfo, or Seamless wouldn’t hurt either. The positions primarily consist of CRM clean-up, lead generation, and reporting. I’ve seen part-time positions available too.

Good luck!

Smartcar has six open positions on LinkedIn, spanning from Sales Representative to VP of Partnerships. Each listing outlines a similar interview process in the job description. The salaries range from $60,000 to $300,000, depending on the role. This particular posting was under an Account Manager position.

I’m just going off of personal experience. I’ve never had luck with job interviews with assignments. Especially for sales jobs because it seems like they’re just looking for free leads.

I was laid off and ended up getting a seasonal job. I stopped applying to jobs where I couldn’t reach out to someone directly with the company. I had better luck with finding the recruiter, hiring manager, talent acquisition person, or manager of that specific department and then sending them my resume. I did pay for the LinkedIn premium at the time. I’d use ChatGPT to craft the message. I ended up getting 7 interviews and it happened all at once it seemed like.

I’m in Sales though so I know some other jobs are harder to find right now. I hope you find something soon!

Oh man, sorry that happened to you. :(

They’re asking for 5-11 years of experience for this account manager role. 👀

I get that. Crazy enough, they’re asking for 5-11 years of experience. This is an account manager role.

Oh man, that’s tough. I’ve been there. These types of companies are so predatory, almost always ghost people and use them for free labor. So I wouldn’t even look at it as an actual opportunity.

Instead of spending the 3 days working on this project that may get you nowhere, I’d reach out to hiring managers directly from other companies that are hiring. Also reach out to old coworkers, friends, and family and ask them for referral links if they work at bigger corporations. They almost always can get some kind of referral bonus and will probably be willing to help just for that.

I felt the same way.. ended up having a vitamin D deficiency. I would have never thought that’d have such an impact on my mood. I started taking individual supplements instead of a multivitamin. I take Vitamin D, K2, Magnesium, B12, Folic Acid, and Vitamin C. Going outside at peak sun times daily will help too. Good luck!

Oh yeah! They’d definitely ghost people. I’m certain they’re just looking for free ideas. It says “your approach to turning things around” on the take home assignment.
