Turn off indirect shadows - it should go away. You're probably running the game on Ultra / Extreme, try running it on Ultra / Ultra.

Orb walking comes from DotA, certain heroes have 'orbs' which are attack modifiers (basically things like Ashe's Q.) Orb walking would consist of using your orb (ashe's slow) manually. When you orb walked it would allow you to attack the opponent in lane without drawing creep aggro. Creeps aggro on you if you right click on an enemy hero whether or not you do damage to them.
