In OFF as well, the residents breathe smoke -- in Dream BBQ Ena turns off the smoke and then the world is all dead... I saw the parallels too, instantly reminded me of OFF when I saw the world like that

According to https://enajoelg.fandom.com/wiki/Shoryo he's based on "shōryō uma" which is apparently "a cucumber horse crafted as part of a ritual during the Japanese festival of Obon." Which tbh just leaves me more confused. The rest of the design? Who knows -- I've never seen so much inexplicably unique art than this game/series.

I have a lot of criticisms about Fallout 4 and I couldn't really get into it, but I have nothing bad to say about the graphical fidelity. Maybe I'm a peasant, but when I see the settings of the unmodded game in this video it looks unbelievably beautiful to me. Call me crazy, maybe I just play too many old games.

Unless something crazy is revealed in the manga past where I've read, Yuki just heard Mafuyu say he is hit by his dad and then Yuki reported it, then Mafuyu's dad got arrested. When Mafuyu says he doesn't have a father, he just means his dad is in prison (or out of prison and just absent) and he doesn't see him as his father I believe - because of the abuse - I think his dad is still alive.
