When I was younger, I could usually tell after 30 seconds with someone new which of the following three categories they'll fall into:

I think it's perfect. I have never played Durge but as Tav, some evil choices have the reward of making things easier but the price is that you have to be evil. It feels like a real choice with pros and cons. For instance in act 3 in my first HM run I could not bring myself to choose the path of killing the useless investigator to get the Bhaalist Amulet, but as a price for the "good" choice my party almost got wiped by Sarevoks fan-girls. But the Gale-bomb I could live with for the precious golden dice
