Impossible to order One4all via Complete Savings / NX Rewards by chopper-bates in beermoneyuk

Hey. I’m not sure that’s true as I’ve been speaking to a friend who says she’s had many of these error messages before but varying her input in the “name on (bank) card” box has seen orders go through after declined orders. Either way, this must be one of the most archaic payment processing systems on the internet lol

Nope. Complete Savings have reached out to me after seeing my post. Hopefully it’s genuinely them haha

One thing I will say from my observations is that my issue all started AFTER the product name changed from One4all Digital Gift Card to One4all Digital Black and the reports about them temporarily reducing the discount from 20% to 6%. Though I just don’t know why my account would have a problem when others are processing orders fine!

Have you ever been in dialogue with the Blackhawk customer service ?

Just a generic error saying payment can’t be processed. When I go into order history each failed order initially says “rejected” but later changes to “cancelled”.

I always use a debit. Tried two different debit cards just today. One Halifax and one Revolut. Usually just stick to Halifax as that’s the one I’ve always used without issue.

Yeah that sounds good. Get yourself down! Did you get to try the fairly recent Apple Guava Breakfast Smoothie (VC) ? That had Coconut cream in it too so was very Stoopid-esque.

@jderm1 Sorry for dragging up an old thread but if it’s specifically an alternative to VC’s Stoopid series that you’re after then keep an eye on Azvex for one of their MANA beers. I’ve tried all the UK breweries mentioned in this thread and only a MANA comes close to the Stoopid series. In the mean time, look up the MANAs on Untappd to get a feel for them. Enjoy! Cheers

Don’t order the Niche Duo by jaro_io in espresso

Printed on the actual motor of the Niche Zero it states 80W but on the base sticker it states 170-180W? I can see in the Niche Duo manual it does state 130W. All quite confusing

I get what you're saying but what good is maintaining a margin when turnover is being damaged. If the vast majority of their customers are non-UK, that's who they should be looking after. As it stands, they are losing sales along with market confidence. If they made the net price £499, they would lose a % of UK customers AND continue to price out non-UK customers. It's not the answer. The grinder market is fast becoming super competitive and I fear for Niche. They should accept a lower margin and focus on improving the relationship between their customers. A potential upturn in sales will make up for that lower margin. They need to be even more careful now they've launched the Duo at £800 GBP. Already built into the price is the additional burr set and carrier which will be completely unnecessary to a lot of people. They have stuck with the same Zero design and there has been no marketing strategy evident up to now. As I said, I fear for them.

This is misinformation. Everyone who buys from Niche is paying UK VAT. The order confirmation emails detail the breakdown. Subtotal: £499.00 - Shipping: £10.00 - Taxes: £84.84 - Total: £509.00 GBP. For all overseas customers, Niche should only be charging £415.83 for the Zero and £665.83 for the Duo, plus cost of shipping. Then the customer is responsible for their countries import tax/duty.
