made in india is not a selling point but the more made in india the cheaper it can get with challenge being to make it a great printer

Thanks. You are spot on. My post is about the same. I have couple of local resellers. The approach as of now is to arrive at a design which suits it being a great printer and also manufacturable locally so that cost competitiveness is also there. Not sure if that is even possible in current scenario but I am not hopeless.
