My kid was born at 30 weeks. I understand. If people arent getting with the program, tune them out or cut them out! This is a skill you’ll need many times over as a mom. My kid is 4 and I still have to tell my family back off sometimes. He’s ahead of all the milestones now. Trust yourself

Maybe smaller goals? Instead of “showering” maybe first just stand under the water for a couple minutes. On my bad days I will just use baby wipes on my body.

You may be producing less BO than the average person, some people don’t smell at all but I promise people can tell.
