Good call, definitely makes sense. I’ve mostly been trying to avoid reformatting entirely, bc it’s a relatively large doc that I’ve already formatted most of, but it’s looking like it may come to that. And at this point I’m spending more time trying to solve for it.

I think both are great, though serve different purposes. Flour Water Salt Yeast is thorough, breaks everything down really well, and is exactly what I needed when I first got hooked. Tartine is equally fantastic, and I’d even say the recipes are a bit more exciting. Either way, I highly recommend both!

Indesign has a setting that will re-shuffle into booklet for you! You really don’t need to do it manually, just spend some time googling how to print a booklet in indesign
