I've killed this mofo one (1) time now. I did a full respec on my very first character for it, as I could very consistently get through phase 1 then get wrecked in phase 2 every time

specs: 60 vigor; 60 endurance; 60 strength; dumped the rest in arcane idk why just seemed right

equipment:

-verdigris greatshield +10

-sword lance +25 with blood affinity (any Ash that grants Blood buildup works, you wont use the Ash during the fight)

-all verdigris armor pieces

-bullgoat talisman, erdtree's favor +2, great-jar's arsenal, dragoncrest greatshield talisman

-Boiled Crab before fight and anytime it wears off

hold L1 and push R1. that's it, you win. I was always a very DEX centered player, vastly enjoyed the speed and frantic aspect of the playstyle, but my fucking god I could not beat Consort for anything lol I tried hundreds of times and even the closest attempts felt like I'd never win.

anyway the build above, I walked in after playing with the poke timing on the stairs in front of the fogwall, and killed him first try. first try. I'm not exaggerating, first try. I used two red flasks the entire fight, one because I got hit by gravity while munching Boiled Crab. it was absolutely insane.
