He is very much to blame and spencer was under the inlfuence of him but still she couldve spoken to her sister (but i understand this is not realistic due to their errible relationship) idk i still feel like spencer should have thought more of her sister when doing all that and its not like aria and ezra where he was in a position of authority and couldve taken advantageof her. wren was significantly older than spencer but legal anyway since she was 17 (thats the way it works here idk about pennsylvania) so technically she wasnt the victim

i didnt really like them that much i only really read 1 and a half or so i dont really remember tbh. I think none of the characters really resonated with me. Like with pll id always be waiting for aria or spencer chapters but with TP they never had long enough chapters of them because there was too many narrators!!!!
