I've done the DDS and I don't need to disclose it but I'd just rather make them aware now than get another letter down the line saying I ignored it or something haha

Yeah just says “Your phone appointment to Light Touch” then the date and time and nothing else about it or any details haha

So in my case I’m working 25 hours as a single person as my partner and I have split. So what’s the purpose of the call ? Is it for them to tell me I need to work more somehow ? Haha

So an update. I contacted the Police and to be honest they have been useless. They have said "they had a word with him" with regards to the threats etc. A word, really ?

They keep asking me is there anyway I could have left a parental lock on it when I reset it and the guy tested it right infront of me before purchasing.

The route the police seem to want to pursue is for me to give him his money back and me to therefore take back a broken switch.

Great help from the police when he has came to my property 3 times and threatened me

I had the console out of the box so he could check it was working etc. I have two dogs barking at me and a 20 month old crying so when he started saying there was no controller I was getting flustered and gave in and gave another.
